Had a scheduled appointment for an oil change. It was a wait appointment. Manager Normand Areveo said it was a drop off appointment. I explained that it was scheduled by their call center and he said show me the text that I had received or you’ll have to reschedule. I said I’ll look for the text but he was being quick and somewhat rude towards me. I asked why he wouldn’t accept my word and he said he hears that from customers all day long. I showed him the text and he had a look of disgust and told an associate to put me in. I was shocked by his attitude. I’ve Been a Sullivan customer for over 20 years. I may give this location another chance down the road because the mechanics are great but I thought the area manager should be aware of his attitude towards a long-term customer. Absolutely outstanding service! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I took my Ram 1500 in for new tires and was truly impressed with the professionalism of the team. They were extremely punctual with the scheduled appointment, provided top-notch customer service, and completed the job much faster than I expected. Nowadays, it’s hard to find a shop that is this organized, honest, and efficient. You can tell they truly care about their customers and take pride in their work. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for quality, speed, and reliability. They definitely earned a loyal customer!

Happy the tires I asked for were in stock and put on same day. Performed alignment and gave me before/after output. Courteous staff took a look at the wear on my old tires, actually didn’t pressure me to replace them (my mechanic had suggested I do so soon). Tires I wanted were on sale, and with sale price better than online tire stores. (More than my wife paid for same tires at Sullivan 2 years ago, but that’s inflation…) Sullivan Tire in Sudbury lets Sudbury Boy Scouts have Christmas Tree sale on their lot every year, so I like them as good community members.

I couldn't be more pleased by my recent experience here. Brought in a Subaru STI low profile 19" tire that was flat due to a nail puncture. Casey was personable and checked me in quickly. Patrick McDonnell did an amazing job with the repair, going out of his way to answer all my questions and make sure that not only was the job done right but without any damage to the OEM wheel rim. Unlike other repair shops who fall short, Sullivan Tire has all the latest equipment to ensure a proper repair and install. When it comes time for new tires on my vehicle, there is no doubt that this is the place I will come back to. Update 1: had a less than stellar experience buying new tires this past April 2025. Willy is highly skilled at mounting tires and I can only say positive things about his work. Patrick has always gone above and beyond, but unfortunately he was not around when this incident happened. Was treated quite poorly by Normand Arevalo, the store manager. While the issue did ultimately get resolved and brand new replacement tires were remounted, I do need to retract my previous 5-star glowing recommendation after Sullivan tried selling me 4 damaged tires that looked like they wer
